Row House UTC is currently seeking a high energy, passion filled, and sales motivated individual who is fitness minded and has a love for community, and our brand!  
Row House is a boutique rowing concept that strives to give people of all different fitness levels an efficient, cardio and muscle, full-body workout in less than one hour. It distinguishes itself from other group fitness concepts by creating an inclusive environment that raises everyone up so they come together as one crew. Rowing has long been recognized by serious athletes as one of the most effective forms of full-body exercise and Row House's workout stays true to form. Targeting the upper body, lower body, and core all at once, the brand's fitness program offers an energetic, workout in a safe, inspiring, and inclusive environment.   
POSITION:  
The Sales and Membership Experience Associate will work closely with the General Manager to generate new membership sales, book prospective members into introduction classes and assist with retaining current members. If you have a passion for fitness, an outgoing personality and are motivated by growth, this is a great platform to pursue a successful career in the health and fitness industry. The position can be full-time or part-time.  
REQUIREMENTS:  
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
  • Initiative to seek out new sources of potential members
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets in memberships and retail
  • Ability to learn and use the studio's software system
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
  • Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Must have proficient computer skills
  • Daily and/or occasional local travel may be required
 RESPONSIBILITIES:  
  • Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
  • Find creative ways to attract new prospect members through promotional activities
  • Actively participate in local community and special events to promote Row House (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, hospital events, row events, etc.)
  • Help manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
  • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
  • Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Present available services to current or prospective members
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes
  • Ensure studio is clean, tidy and safe
  • Other duties as assigned
